How long until someone replies?
We aim to respond within two working days. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. It is a standard PDF — phone, tablet, laptop or printed. No app or account is required to read it.
Can I buy one for my team?
A purchase covers one person. Email us about a team licence and we will sort something reasonable.
Do I get updates to a playbook I bought?
Where we issue a corrected or updated edition of a title you own, we make it available to you at no further cost where we reasonably can. A materially new edition may be sold separately.
How do I get my data removed?
Email us from the address on your order. We respond within 30 days. Some order and tax records must be retained for as long as Indian law requires.
