Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of srpublishers.in and any digital playbook you buy from SR Publishers. By using the site or buying a playbook, you agree to these Terms, together with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

Every product we sell is a digital file, normally a PDF. You are buying a licence to use that file. You are not buying the copyright in it, and no ownership of the underlying work transfers to you.

Product pages state the format and page extent. We describe our playbooks as accurately as we can, and we would rather you asked before buying than were disappointed after.

3. What your licence allows

Your licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual. You may:

  • read the playbook on any devices you personally use;
  • print a copy for your own use;
  • keep your copy indefinitely, including after any download link expires;
  • apply what you learn in your own work or business, commercially, without owing us anything.

4. What your licence does not allow

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the file, in whole or in part;
  • upload it to a file-sharing site, drive, group or channel;
  • share it with a team, class or organisation — contact us about a team licence instead;
  • reproduce substantial extracts in your own paid or public material without written permission;
  • remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark or identifying mark;
  • use the content to train a machine-learning or generative AI model.

Short quotations with clear attribution to SR Publishers, of the length normally accepted as fair dealing, are fine and welcome.

5. Team and organisation use

One purchase covers one person. If you want a playbook for a team, email us and we will arrange a licence that fits — this is normally straightforward and inexpensive.

6. Price, tax and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

7. Refunds

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, no reason required, and forms part of these Terms. When a refund is issued, the licence in clause 3 ends and you should delete your copies.

8. Updates to a playbook

We sometimes revise a playbook. Where we issue a corrected or updated edition of a title you bought, we will make it available to you at no further cost where we reasonably can. We do not promise updates indefinitely, and a materially new edition may be sold separately.

9. What a playbook is and is not

Our playbooks are practical guides based on our research and experience. They are information, not professional advice. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice, and following one does not guarantee any particular result. Platforms, markets and rules change; what worked when we wrote a playbook may change afterwards. Use your own judgement, and take professional advice where the stakes warrant it.

10. Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including withdrawing a title from sale. Withdrawing a title from sale does not affect a licence you already hold.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a playbook or with the site is limited to the amount you paid for the playbook concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost business opportunity.

12. Your account

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account used to breach clause 4.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it, including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

14. Grievance redressal

Support and grievances are handled through the same point of contact. Our designated contact for grievances under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 is support@srpublishers.in, or on WhatsApp at +91 73308 23355, at the address in clause 1. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live or to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
