SR Publishers sells digital playbooks through srpublishers.in. Nothing is shipped. There is no courier, no tracking number, no delivery address and no shipping charge, anywhere in India or abroad.
How you receive your playbook
Once your payment is confirmed, your download is issued in two places:
- on the order confirmation page shown immediately after checkout, and
- by email, to the address you entered at checkout.
This normally happens within a minute. Allow up to a few hours if your bank takes longer to confirm the payment.
Format
Playbooks are PDFs. They open on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop with any standard PDF reader, and print cleanly if you prefer paper. No app or subscription is needed. The page extent of each title is listed on its product page.
If your download does not arrive
First check the spam or promotions folder of the address you used at checkout. If it is not there, email support@srpublishers.in with your order number and we will re-issue the file.
There is no time limit on this. A paid order is a paid order — if you cannot reach your file, we will get it to you, however long after purchase you tell us.
Re-downloading later
Download links may expire after a period for security reasons. If yours has expired, email us and we will issue a fresh one at no cost.
Wrong email address
If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact us with your order number and the correct address and we will resend. We may ask you to confirm a detail of the order before we do.
International customers
Digital delivery works the same way everywhere. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee, which is between you and your bank.
