SRPUBLISHERS sells digital products through https://srpublishers.in. Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical return shipment. This policy explains how refunds work for digital purchases made directly from SRPUBLISHERS.

30-day money-back offer

We currently offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible digital products purchased directly from SRPUBLISHERS. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase at support@srpublishers.in with your order number, purchase email address, and a brief reason for the request.

Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

  • the request is made within 30 days of purchase;
  • the product was purchased directly from SRPUBLISHERS;
  • you can provide the order details needed to identify the purchase; and
  • the request is not connected with fraud, misuse, unauthorized sharing, or repeated abuse of the refund offer.

Digital product access after refund

If a refund is approved, we may cancel or revoke access to the digital product, download link, account access, updates, or related services connected with the refunded order.

Products that cannot be physically returned

Digital products do not need to be shipped back to us. There is no return shipping cost for digital products.

Exchanges and replacements

Exchanges are generally not applicable to digital products. If you cannot access the product, receive the wrong digital item, or face a technical delivery issue, contact us at support@srpublishers.in. We may first help restore access, resend the file or access link, provide a corrected item, or approve a refund where appropriate.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, bank, and applicable payment rules. We will process accepted refund requests within a reasonable period after approval and will keep you informed if additional information is needed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before digital delivery or access is provided, contact us as soon as possible at support@srpublishers.in. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for eligible cancellation requests.
